Our Mission
The mission of
the Lehigh Children's Choir is to provide an excellent music
education with each member attaining the highest level of
artistic choral music performance. To musically enhance the lives of
Lehigh's youth from all religious, racial, cultural and economic
backgrounds is the primary goal of the organization. The
program encourages the social and personal growth of its members by
developing their self-esteem, accomplishments and discipline.
Choir practice is once a week with several performances a semester.
Group voice lessons are provided so that the children learn to read
music and produce a quality sound. In
a choir setting the children sing with live piano accompaniment and with
the instruction of LCC’s master musicians and vocalists.
Making music...making friends and having the opportunity to share
their talent, these children will inspire others while forming
wonderfully rich childhood memories
